Qualifications
5+ years of automotive industry outside sales experience.
Proven experience in consultative, relationship-based sales or account management.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and F&I products.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing dealership partners within assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth.
Analyze dealership performance data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
Present APCO/GWC products to align with dealer needs.
Negotiate renewals and contract terms to retain and expand business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
