You will serve as the primary liaison between Dealer Parts Support, carriers, and distribution centers to ensure timely deliveries and effective issue resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years in transportation, logistics, or distribution operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years in transportation, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to interact with dealers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Dealer Parts Support regarding transportation inquiries.
• Investigate and communicate shipment status, delivery exceptions, and freight claims.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery performance through shipment tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with carriers, distribution centers, and internal teams to resolve disruptions.
• Analyze transportation metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide timely updates to dealers and internal stakeholders about delays or service interruptions.
• Support transportation reporting, carrier reviews, and logistics initiatives.
