Job summary

CNH Industrial in Racine, Wisconsin seeks a North America Systems Integration Analyst to lead planning, coordination, and execution of DMS and API integration across the NA dealer network. This hybrid role is onsite three days a week and serves as the main liaison between business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and dealers to ensure data integrity and timely deployments.

You will drive pilot programs, certification processes, and issue resolution, while aligning CNH systems with external partner

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects and vendor relationships.
• Strong project / product management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fundamental knowledge of APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, pilot programs, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and coordinate data integrity across CNH systems.
• Oversee creation of specifications to ensure completeness.
• Coordinate pilot programs and dealer collaborations.
• Lead timelines for IT vendors and dealer pilots.
• Oversee development timelines and milestone adherence.
• Collaborate with IT to align CNH API integration timelines.
• Define and scope technical requirements with IT teams.
• Coordinate the certification process for DMS integrations.
• Manage DMS / API integration details.
• Support resolution of issues reported by dealers and DMS partners.
