Job summary

Kioti Tractor seeks a Dealer Development Supervisor to expand and develop the KIOTI Tractor and CCE dealer network across North America. You will identify underserviced markets, onboard new dealer representatives, and support growth while overseeing dealer development administration.

You will coordinate with sales, service, warranty, parts, credit, marketing, and legal teams, manage dealer data, and provide weekly progress reports to leadership to drive strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or sales/marketing.
• 2+ years in a business, sales-related position in a similar industry.
• Familiar with managing legal agreements and UCC-1/PPSA filings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding support and guidance for Dealer Development team.
• Lead and exercise supervision over the administrative support team.
• Train inside staff on dealer onboarding, ownership changes, adding sub-locations, relocations and terminations.
• Coordinate communications between departments (sales, service, warranty, parts, credit, marketing, legal).
• Maintain weekly/monthly logs of dealer actions and updates in databases.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the executive team and ad hoc reports for management.
• Manage Dealer Sales and Service Agreements and renewals; set up new dealers in systems.
• Oversee dealer profiles, credit limits in systems, and compliance with state buyback laws.
