Job summary

HC Forklift America in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to lead the national dealer network and drive growth across the United States. You will shape strategies, recruit partners, and oversee performance, service, and parts development for forklifts and related equipment.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management, with extensive travel and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Product teams to meet growth targets and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA preferred.
5–8+ years in dealer development, channel management, or sales leadership within material handling or forklift industries.
Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute national dealer growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Recruit, onboard, and support new dealer partners across key U.S. markets.
Expand dealer coverage in industrial lift truck sectors and monitor dealer profitability and performance.
Establish dealer KPIs including equipment sales, parts revenue, service performance, and customer satisfaction.
Lead dealer onboarding and certification initiatives; provide training for dealer teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align dealer strategy.
