JCB North America is seeking a results-driven professional to expand and develop its dealer network across a defined region. This onsite role in San Antonio focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing high-performing dealers in Agriculture and Construction Equipment markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive dealer success, monitor KPIs, and support regional planning. Travel up to 50% is required.
