Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting targets.
- Sales training experience.
- Captive automotive finance experience with an OEM is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with OEM partners.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic relationships and identify new market opportunities.
- Educate and train Hyundai/Kia/Genesis dealers on financing programs.
- Promote and achieve sales and profitability targets for dealer network.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to meet requirements.
- Drive insurance growth through dealer conversion to branded F&I products.
