Driveway is seeking a Document Compliance Specialist in Addison, TX to act as the primary liaison between the Driveway Care Center and customers for all paperwork processing.

The role involves validating documents, preparing deal paperwork in DMS and related systems, and coordinating handoffs to the Dealership Accounting team. Strong detail, communication, and multi-system proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and DMV processes.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Explain paperwork clearly to customers and follow up as needed.
• Create and complete deal paperwork in DMS and related systems.
• Transact paperwork using digital tools or wet ink when required.
• Process paperwork to meet Business Office needs and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate with Deal Posting and Dealership Accounting teams on docs.
