Ramp is seeking an Analyst, Deal Operations to help drive growth by owning quoting, pricing structure, and contracting for the Sales team. You’ll partner with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and cross‑functional leadership to streamline workflows and manage risk while upholding company policies.

You will be an integral part of the Deal Operations team, enabling deal execution, guiding deal structure, and ensuring accuracy across quotes and subscriptions in a fast-paced finance technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Quote & contract approvals — review and approve quotes and contract workflows within policy.
• Feature & subscription activation — enable product tiers, configure accounts, manage trials, and coordinate billing.
• Policy & process guidance — be the first line of support for AEs with questions about deal structure, approvals.
