Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst, Revenue Operations, to enable scalable, compliant deal execution across complex commercial opportunities. You will partner with the global Sales team to structure, evaluate, and execute deals, ensuring pricing, licensing, terms, approvals, and handoffs align with revenue goals and governance.

Responsibilities include leading deal reviews, guiding pricing and approvals, coordinating with Sales and Legal, and driving end-to-end quote-to-contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in Deal Desk or Sales Ops.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and execution of standard, strategic, and non-standard deals.
• Serve as a senior Deal Desk resource for pricing, licensing, contracting, and approvals.
• Partner with Sales and downstream teams to move deals through quote creation, review, approvals, and handoffs.
• Recommend deal paths and exception decisions balancing customer experience, revenue goals, and policy compliance.
• Evaluate deal risk and business impact (pricing, billing, complexity, compliance).
• Manage Deal Desk workload to meet turnaround and SLA goals.
• Identify process gaps and system limitations, proposing improvements.
• Maintain Deal Desk docs and enablement materials; support training and adoption.
