Job summary
Werfen is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support the Commercial Operations Organization in Bedford, MA. You will process customer offers and service requests, and help with proposals, pricing, contracts, and reporting.
You will collaborate with Sales, Contracting, Finance and IT, ensure terms meet requirements, and drive high-velocity deal processing with accurate analytics.
Requires a business or finance degree and at least two years of related experience; travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in deal processing, task management, contracting, sales operations, or business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Process offers and tasks quickly and accurately to meet targets on gross profit and ASP.
- Advise Sales on strategy to structure profitable offers and ensure terms meet requirements.
- Maintain approval guidelines, templates, and workflows to enable high-velocity deal processing.
- Collaborate with contracting, finance, and sales teams to finalize deals and reporting.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
