Job summary

Optro is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst (Contract) to join our Global Deal Desk team. The role partners with Sales and Customer Success to structure deals, price accurately, draft contracts, and approve quotes for cloud subscriptions.

You will review terms with finance and legal, support quoting tools, train new hires, and drive process improvements. A minimum 5 years SaaS Deal Desk experience and a 4-year degree are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of deal desk experience in a SaaS company.
• Proficient in deal structuring, pricing, and contract management.
• Strong business partnering with Sales and Customer Success.
• Familiar with CRM systems; Salesforce CPQ a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals and pricing; draft, modify, and finalize contracts for Cloud Subscription Services.
• Review and approve quotes; ensure accuracy with finance and legal.
• Support Sales on quoting tools and participate in deal reviews with Sales Leadership.
• Train new hires and support ad hoc training requests.
• Drive efficiency and process improvements; handle day-to-day quoting inquiries.
