You will process high-volume nominations, execute deals end-to-end, and manage post-signature compliance while building automations that speed the operation. In this role, you’ll coordinate with legal, finance, field teams, and BD leads to resolve exceptions, drive throughput, and deliver actionable operational metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business agreements development, negotiation, and execution experience.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets for business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Operate the deal desk at scale: process nominations through qualification, approval, execution, and documentation workflows.
• Triage nominations that fall outside standard criteria and route exceptions to senior leadership when needed.
• Own post-signature operations: compliance tracking, partner onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Build automations across the deal cycle to improve throughput and reduce manual steps.
• Maintain data integrity and provide operational reporting on deal volume and funnel health.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, field teams, and BD leads on deal-level questions and process improvements.
