Job summary

You’ll lead non-standard, high-value enterprise deals with high-judgment guidance and cross-functional collaboration to maximize deal velocity and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of Deal Desk, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or similar experience.
• 3+ years of deal desk experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models, and financial concepts (ARR, gross margin, churn).
• Experience drafting and interpreting commercial contracts, with focus on revenue recognition and financial risk.
• Data & AI literacy; proficiency with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate strategic deal architecture for high-value enterprise deals.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leadership using AI-driven data to maximize deal velocity and long-term value.
• Curate and tune AI agents to ensure compliance and accuracy at scale.
• Drive process iteration with cross-functional teams to automate deal desk workflows.
• Champion AI and automation integration to reduce deal cycle times.
