Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Deal Desk Program Manager to run a high-volume, system-driven desk that processes partner nominations and end-to-end deals. You will own post-signature lifecycle, compliance tracking, and data integrity across multiple teams including legal, finance, and field operations.

You’ll design tactical automations, triage edge cases, and drive CPQ improvements to increase throughput. This role is a cornerstone of our partner program execution and scale.

Qualifications

• Experience running a high-volume deal desk or similar operations.
• Ability to design and implement automation to accelerate deal processing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and field teams.
• Ability to triage edge cases and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Operate the deal desk at scale: manage nominations through qualification, approval, execution and documentation workflows.
• Triage edge cases and route exceptions to leadership when needed; coordinate with BD leads for strategic cases.
• Own post-signature operations: compliance tracking, onboarding, reporting obligations, lifecycle management.
• Build automation across the deal cycle: scripts, workflow enhancements, CPQ improvements, system integrations.
