AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to join the Deal Desk team. You will help structure, price, resolve redlines, and close deals quickly while designing repeatable, auditable processes.

You’ll combine hands-on deal support with AI tooling to speed up cycle times and define metrics to track deal performance. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, offering a base compensation range and potential bonus/equity as part of a generous benefits program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Deal Desk or revenue operations.
• Experience with pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
• CRM experience with Salesforce; CLM/quoting a plus.
• Interest in applying AI tools to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound deals for structure, pricing, and terms upfront.
• Support Sales through the deal cycle and unblock reviews.
• Apply pricing guardrails and escalate exceptions.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on non-standard terms.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve deal review processes.
• Work with RevOps/Systems to embed AI steps in CPQ/CRM.
• Maintain Deal Desk metrics like cycle time and discount rates.
