Job summary

Apollo.io is seeking a Deal Desk professional to own day-to-day deal support, audit in-flight orders, and drive scalable revenue-ops processes. You’ll build a self-serve Deal Desk with clear runbooks and escalation-by-exception, turning post-close audits into actionable improvements.

The role requires 4–6 years in Deal Desk or related ops, Salesforce proficiency, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related function.
• Experience in contract review, deal structuring, or order management.
• Salesforce proficiency and strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day deal support and use it to raise the floor.
• Turn post-close opportunity review into a systemic feedback loop.
• Build and own the Deal Desk operating system.
• Contribute to the infrastructure that replaces workarounds.
