Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA), a premier SaaS recruitment partner, seeks a Deal Desk Analyst for a contract assignment in Lehi, UT. The role partners with Sales to optimize deal structures, ensure compliance, and accelerate deal velocity for Adobe and its customers.

The ideal candidate has experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or FP&A, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage non-standard transactions in a fast-paced environment. On-site 3x per week in Lehi, UT.

Qualifications

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a related function.
• Experience structuring and supporting complex enterprise transactions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including pricing, deal economics.
• Ability to navigate non-standard deals and partner cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Sales to understand customers' business needs, develop effective deal strategies, and structure complex transactions.
• Manage the day-to-day deal approval process, develop and communicate business cases for non-standard transactions, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and deal closure.
• Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure transactions adhere to Adobe policies, revenue recognition requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Build strong partnerships across Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit, and other functions.
• Provide clear and consistent guidance to Sales, maintain visibility into in-quarter deals, and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve how Deal Desk operates.

Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Deal Desk Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. 3x per week in office.

The primary focus of this position is to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the business, applying commercial judgment and deal expertise to simplify complexity, accelerate deal velocity, and drive successful outcomes for Adobe and its customers. This role will act in a fiduciary capacity, balancing growth and customer needs with Adobe's financial, contractual, and operational requirements while managing first-line approvals throughout the deal lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Strong financial and analytical skills, including pricing, deal economics, and commercial analysis.
• Ability to navigate non-standard deals, identify risks, and exercise sound business judgment.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
