Job summary

VARITE INC in Lehi, UT 84043 is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst 3 on a Hybrid schedule (3 days in office). The role partners with Sales to simplify complexity, accelerate deal velocity, and ensure deals meet financial, contractual, and operational requirements.

You will manage the deal lifecycle, draft and certify contracts, coordinate with Legal, Finance, Revenue, and Order Management, and provide guidance to Sales to standardize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, FP&A, or related function.
• Strong financial and analytical skills including pricing, deal economics, and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities

Job Title:Deal Desk Analyst 3

Location: Lehi, UT 84043 (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension.

Pay Rate Range: $38.00 - $42.25/hr. on W2.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

Duties:

• The primary focus of this position is to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the business, applying commercial judgment and deal expertise to simplify complexity, accelerate deal velocity, and drive successful outcomes for **** and its customers.
• This role will act in a fiduciary capacity, balancing growth and customer needs with ****'s financial, contractual, and operational requirements while managing first-line approvals throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Partner closely with Sales to understand customers' business needs, develop effective deal strategies, and structure complex transactions.
• Manage the day-to-day deal approval process, develop and communicate business cases for non-standard transactions, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and deal closure.
• Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure transactions adhere to **** policies, revenue recognition requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Build strong partnerships across Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit, and other functions.
• Provide clear and consistent guidance to Sales, maintain visibility into in-quarter deals, and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve how Deal Desk operates.

Skills:

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, FP&A, or a related function.
• Experience structuring and supporting complex enterprise sales transactions and commercial agreements.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including pricing, deal economics, and commercial analysis.
• Ability to navigate non-standard deals, identify risks, and exercise sound business judgment.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable guidance.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
