Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows within the Deal Desk operations.
• Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of training related to Go-To-Market offers.
• Build and maintain approval and process documentation for Enterprise offerings.
• Communicate Go-To-Market changes to global teams impacting deals.
• Participate in Deal Desk projects and drive continuous improvement in quote-to-contract.
• Serve as first point of contact for issues related to quote-to-contract in Salesforce and Dynamics.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge base with common issues and user guides.
• Assist in system administration tasks like user management and configuration updates.

Job Title: Deal Operations Analyst

Location: Lehi, UT 84043 (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Pay Range: $48.00/hr. to $52.81/hr. on W2

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Opportunity

• As an Analyst, Deal Operations, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive efficiencies that directly impact our enterprise Digital Media quote-to-contract operations within the Deal Desk organization.

What you'll Do

• Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
• Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
• Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to ***'s Enterprise offerings
• Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
• Actively participate in projects within the Deal Desk organization and advocate for continuous improvement in quote-to-contract and broader deal processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or elevate to appropriate teams for further assistance.
• Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates.

What you need to succeed

• Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
• Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with Wiki, Workfront and JIRA or equivalent bug management software
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
• Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
