Job summary

Equipment & Controls, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to design, install, maintain and support customer systems across multiple sites in PA. The role includes diagnosing hardware and software issues on Dell servers/workstations and troubleshooting DCS at multiple levels.

You will participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience; a BS in

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• BS in Engineering is preferred.
• Prior DeltaV DCS and AMS Device Manager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain, upgrade and support customer systems lifecycle.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues across DCS environments and Windows OS.
• Provide Dell server/workstation hardware/software support and troubleshooting.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to support contract customers 24/7.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation and procedures.
