Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Application Support Specialist to assist our Distribution Center operations by supporting WMS and related applications. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, minor configurations, and user education for diverse end-users.

You will collaborate with IT teams and Operations to identify improvements and ensure reliable system performance. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS or comparable experience with 0-2 years of related work, a customer-service mindset,

BA/BS degree strongly preferred, will consider comparable work experience.
0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Entry level professional with limited or no prior experience.

Responsibilities

Provides application support for Distribution Center (DC) operations, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related applications.
Troubleshoots and resolves WMS production issues impacting warehouse operations; performs root cause analysis and coordinates with Operations and other IT teams.
Supports minor WMS configuration, system integrations, reporting, and documentation as needed.
Develops an understanding of DC operational processes and works with Operations users to identify system issues and opportunities for improvement.
Provides excellent customer service and support to technical and non-technical end-users for complex issues.
Collaborates with other IT teams to restore service quickly and effectively.
Escalates complex issues to senior staff with clear findings and steps to reproduce.
