NFI is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join the Data & Development team in the United States. The role focuses on supporting internal and external end-users with complex enterprise application issues across DC/WMS environments.

As a member of the Data & Development team within the Information Technology organization, the Application Support Specialist supports internal and external end-users with complex enterprise application related issues. This role resolves complex technical problems surrounding installation, usage, system performance, system availability, and user education/training.
