Job summary

URBN is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to support distribution centers' software products, acting as a super-user for the warehouse system. The role requires operational understanding and quick learning of new technologies, with responsibilities spanning WMS, LM, and related systems across distribution campuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
2+ years in logistics, distribution, operations, or related technical environment.
Strong understanding of logistics interactions between systems and processes.
Experience with WM / PkMS and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects with accountability.

Responsibilities

Provide distribution center support for WMS and related systems.
Support Direct, Retail, Wholesale and OMNI channels.
Identify issues and coordinate resolution with the team.
Troubleshoot procedures and software related issues.
Communicate clearly and escalate when needed.
Collaborate on configuration/upgrade changes and QA testing for releases.
