Job summary

URBN is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to support distribution centers' software products, acting as a super-user for the warehouse system. The role requires operational understanding and quick learning of new technologies, with responsibilities spanning WMS, LM, and related systems across distribution campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in logistics, distribution, operations, or related technical environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics interactions between systems and processes.
• Experience with WM / PkMS and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide distribution center support for WMS and related systems.
• Support Direct, Retail, Wholesale and OMNI channels.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolution with the team.
• Troubleshoot procedures and software related issues.
• Communicate clearly and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate on configuration/upgrade changes and QA testing for releases.
