Job summary

Responsibilities

• Allocates orders in local delivery, parcel, stores, and intercompany to maintain continued business operations.
• Assists the wave planner in monitoring and controlling the workflow by releasing orders from the warehouse management system to the Distribution Center associates.
• Engages management and operational leadership to assist in maintaining service levels, quality expectations and productivity.
• Performs cycle counts as necessary, to maintain accuracy of inventory.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of work areas.
• Rotates through different departments, as necessary, to meet the demands of the business.
• Participates in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position.
• Performs all job tasks assigned by the leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals.
