Job summary

Brooks in Whitestown, IN seeks a DC Wave Planner to coordinate daily workload for ecommerce and Wholesale orders, working with the DC Shipping Supervisor, other DC Supervisors, and Customer Service to wave and route orders to meet customer expectations.

You will track wave progress, release work to the floor as needed, and communicate across distribution center teams to ensure timely shipments via each carrier.

Your Job:

Your Job as the DC Wave Planner is to work closely with the DC Shipping Supervisor, other DC Supervisors and Customer Service to coordinate and direct the daily workload for all ecommerce and Wholesale orders. Your work includes waving and routing of orders that will be processed and shipped according to customer expectations. Additionally, you will track the progress of waves, release more work to the floor as needed and maintain an open lines of communication with various departments in the distribution center. You will also route waves through the assign portal specific to each customer and coordinate shipments through each carrier.
