Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the sales floor. You will assist with timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and presenting well-organized displays, reporting to the Assistant Store Leader.

You will collaborate with the store team to uphold company policies, foster an inclusive environment, and maintain safety while learning relevant systems to support operations, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and payments on the sales floor and curbside pickup as needed.
• Assist in maintaining stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Execute pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support store displays and ensure products are stocked for customer access.
• Maintain store safety, loss prevention, and customer service excellence.
