Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Georgia seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead daily distribution center operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity and service goals. You will train and develop team members, schedule workloads, and uphold O’Reilly policies and safety standards.

You will work with the operations manager to optimize workflow, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability, productivity, and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to ensure daily operational goals, delivery schedules, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with O’Reilly operational procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Oversee supervised area’s role in inbound and outbound merchandise processes to ensure product is accurately received, stocked, processed, loaded, and delivered according to O’Reilly standards.
