• Monitors attendance and productivity, providing guidance as needed.
• Coordinates with warehouses, operations managers and supervisors to meet cut-off times and manage shortages.
• Maintains records and reports (losses, errors, production).
• Suggests procedural changes to improve unit efficiency.
