Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, loading and palletizing finished products. You will plan schedules, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance with company rules.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse work, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to guide and communicate with a team. Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse-related field.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution centers including material handling, inventory tracking, and directing teammates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse staff handling shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing.
• Determines storage space requirements and coordinates delivery/distribution to meet objectives and customer needs.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment and company vehicles in compliance with laws; enforces safety rules and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and performance; provides counseling as needed.
• Coordinates work with warehouse/operations manager, sales teams, and other supervisors for shipments and cut-off times.
