Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a DC Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment at our distribution center. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

The role requires 1-3 years of warehouse experience and an Associate Degree or equivalent. Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior work experience in a warehouse-related field.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center including material handling and inventory tracking.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience; bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work schedules of warehouse employees performing shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing finished products.
• Determines space requirements for storage and schedules delivery to meet distribution objectives.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean environment with adherence to safety rules and hazardous materials handling.
