Job summary

The Home Depot in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and optimize distribution center operations to run safely, efficiently and productively.

You will hire, coach, and evaluate 20–30 associates, enforce standards, monitor inventory accuracy and core metrics, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires flexibility to work varied shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office are required.
