Job summary

Burlington Stores in Riverside, CA seeks a DC Area Manager to supervise daily warehouse operations and guide a team of Distribution Center Associates in accurate receiving, storage, and shipping to stores.

The role emphasizes data-driven leadership, coaching, and policy compliance, with a Tuesday–Friday 4:00pm–2:00am shift. You’ll use WMS and MS Office to boost productivity and ensure on-time deliveries to stores, while fostering a collaborative, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
