You will drive performance, safety, and efficiency in shipping/receiving, and ensure merchandise is processed and shipped correctly to stores. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced distribution center, with a strong focus on process improvement, coaching, and utilization of WMS and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze productivity, efficiency, and accuracy data to drive team performance and maximize individual performance.
• Lead and coach Distribution Center Associates to achieve performance excellence.
