Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Distribution Center Transformation Change Agent to lead identification, prioritization, testing, and deployment of warehouse process improvements. The role works across DC Operations, Operational Excellence, and IT to translate business needs into practical solutions and drive faster realization of project benefits.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in distribution or supply chain, experience with WMS, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in distribution, warehouse ops, supply chain, or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, warehouse processes, inventory control, or distribution operations.
• Demonstrated ability to support process improvement, project implementation, testing, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience coordinating UAT, process validation, SOP development, or operational rollout is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DC ops, IT, and Operational Excellence to identify and prioritize WMS enhancements based on value and readiness.
• Document current-state processes, pain points, gaps, and future-state requirements for solution design.
• Support business-case development for process improvements, including labor productivity, service, inventory, quality, and cost impacts.
• Coordinate and support UAT for enhancements, ensuring realistic test scenarios and business alignment.
• Work with site leaders and system partners to validate changes before deployment and minimize disruption.
• Develop implementation plans, training materials, and standard work to enable rollout of new processes.
