Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive end-to-end distribution center transformations across WMS implementations and warehouse automation. You will architect and deliver complex, multi-vendor solutions while coordinating with client executives to ensure strategic outcomes.

The role requires deep WMS expertise (Manhattan Active WM preferred) and hands-on experience integrating automation with WMS/WES/WCS.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of progressive supply chain or technology delivery experience.
8+ years leading large-scale WMS implementations and DC automation programs.
Hands-on WMS expertise, esp. Manhattan Active WM; design, config, cutover.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if associate degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end DC transformation programs from strategy to hypercare.
Oversee multiple workstreams (WMS, automation, IT integration, labor readiness).
Own WMS lifecycle for Manhattan Active WM and other platforms as required.
Integrate automation with WMS/WCS/WES; ensure throughput targets and labor models.
Develop program plans, budgets, risks, RAID logs; executive escalation.
Foster client relationships at CSCO/VP level and mentor teams.
Contribute to business development and practice-building initiatives.
