Job summary

Trane Technologies in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Change Agent to lead Lean transformation across our operations. You will analyze value streams, plan rapid improvement events, and coach teams to adopt lean practices that sustain measurable gains.

With 3+ years in a Lean environment, you will train leaders, drive waste elimination, and partner with site leaders to embed continuous improvement into daily work while aligning with safety and business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Lean environment with training and coaching in Lean principles.
• Experience facilitating at least 30 Rapid Improvement Events using a defined process.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• Knowledge of the Shingo model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct value stream analysis to map current operations and design future state.
• Lead planning and execution of Rapid Improvement Events to eliminate waste and boost productivity.
• Train and coach staff via Gemba walks on problem solving and Lean methods.
• Support adherence to event standard work and ensure engagement.
• Foster culture change by coaching employees and leaders in lean principles.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Coach and site leadership to resolve issues during implementation.
• Fulfill duties of a Value Stream Coach when needed.
