Qualifications

• Pursuit of a Degree within two years or 5+ years supervisory experience in distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operation of Distribution Center to achieve quality, cost and time goals.
• Reviews shipping schedules and production capabilities to meet deadlines.
• Coaches and develops team members to follow standard work and continuous improvement.
