Job summary

L’Oréal USA is seeking an Aesthetic Business Manager for the Washington, DC area. This field-based role involves promoting skinbetter science® to physician offices, driving sales growth, and expanding the existing customer base within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate has a background in Medical, Dermatology, or Skin Care sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. Flexible time off and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Promote and sell products to physician offices within a defined geography or territory.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling SBS policies.
• Develop and maintain a high level of customer service with every account.
• Deliver multi-product presentations to customers and identify opportunities within the territory.
• Learn and maintain extensive knowledge of clinical studies, product information, and literature.
• Achieve/exceed sales objectives and grow territory.
• Organize territory routing and manage expenses, reports, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a territory routing schedule and associated admin tasks.
