Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning.
• High urgency/customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by territory (25%).
• Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Use business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance adherence.
• Use marketplace and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities.
• Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field personnel to address customer needs.
• Use patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations.
• Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times.
