Job summary

Tory Burch LLC in Georgia seeks a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily operations and a team of associates on a multi-shift floor. You will drive labor scheduling, ensure accuracy and on-time orders, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/G.E.D. required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related distribution experience; 1+ year of leadership.
• Automation experience in a high-volume distribution center is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency (speaking and understanding) required.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Schedule flexibility including nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and business goals.
• Oversee labor scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, throughput, and efficiency, taking corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with inventory control and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety regulations, and 5S practices.
• Lead, train, and mentor associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Drive process improvements and effectively manage labor schedules.
