Tory Burch LLC is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for our Distribution Center in Georgia. You will lead a multi-channel, highly automated operation, ensuring on-time, accurate order fulfillment while maintaining quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a distribution environment; 6 months+ of leadership.
• Experience with automation in high-volume distribution centers is a plus.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily operational plans aligned with SLAs and business goals.
• Manage staffing and workflow to meet productivity targets.
• Monitor KPIs (accuracy, throughput, efficiency) and escalate issues.
• Supervise and train team members; adjust rosters to balance workload.
• Support process improvements and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
