Brooks Running is seeking an experienced DC Supervisor to lead a distribution-center team, driving daily inbound/outbound warehouse operations and ensuring safe, high-quality performance. You will coach staff, manage KPIs, and collaborate with planners to optimize staffing for changing demand.

The role requires 5+ years in a fast-paced warehouse, 2+ years supervisory experience, and proficiency with WMS (Softeon/Manhattan/Red Prairie) and RF scanners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a fast-paced warehouse.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in distribution.
• Experience with FTZ is preferred.
• Experience with WMS systems (Softeon, Manhattan, Red Prairie) and RF barcode scanners.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities related to inbound and outbound operations.
• Schedule resources with the DC Operations Planner to meet volume and staffing needs.
• Provide cross-training to staff to support other departments as needed.
• Track and monitor department KPIs; develop action plans for below-standard performance.
• Deliver performance reviews and coaching in a timely manner.
• Ensure safe operations and adherence to Brooks values across the team.
• Act as subject matter expert for Softeon (WMS) and provide training as needed.
• Lead process improvements within the department.
