Brooks Sports Inc. is seeking an experienced DC Supervisor to lead a distribution center team, focusing on safety, quality, and performance. You will train staff, manage daily inbound/outbound operations, and partner with planning to align staffing with demand.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a fast-paced warehouse, 2+ years in supervision, and hands-on WMS experience (Softeon, Manhattan, Red Prairie) with RF scanners. You will drive improvements and uphold Brooks values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in fast-paced warehouse; 2+ years supervisory experience required.
• Experience with WMS (Softeon, Manhattan, Red Prairie) and RF scanners required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including inbound/outbound operations.
• Plan staffing with the DC Operations Planner and adjust for volume.
• Schedule resources to support growing business and train staff.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead safety, quality, and Brooks values on the DC floor.
• Provide coaching and deliver annual performance reviews.
• Act as SME for Softeon WMS and train staff.
• Lead process improvements and cross-training.
• Ensure FTZ compliance and cross-department collaboration.
