Job summary

Brooks operates a distribution center in Whitestown, Indiana, seeking an experienced DC Supervisor to lead, motivate and coach a team delivering world-class service. The role focuses on inbound/outbound operations, staffing alignment, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing, 2+ years in supervision, and strong WMS experience. You will drive safety, quality, and performance while maintaining Brooks values and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a distribution setting.
• Experience with WMS systems (Softeon, Manhattan, Red Prairie) and RF scanners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse activities related to inbound and outbound operations.
• Schedule resources with the DC Operations Planner to meet expected volume.
• Provide cross-training to staff to increase flexibility.
• Track KPIs and develop action plans for below-standard performance.
• Deliver performance reviews and coaching; resolve discrepancies with management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and FTZ compliance; participate in special projects as needed.
• Act as SME for Softeon; provide training as necessary.
