Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages hourly team to ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Trains, motivates, coaches, and evaluates associates using MAP processes.
• Ensures safe, compliant production methods and maintains records.
• Conducts daily huddle meetings to communicate priorities and events.
• Performs job applicant interviews and assists in hiring decisions.
• Maintains daily paperwork such as time and production records.
