Job summary

Winsupply DC in Jefferson, GA is seeking a Distribution Center Department Supervisor to translate strategic goals into daily actions, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality. You will mentor frontline staff, drive training, manage cross-training, and uphold OSHA procedures while coordinating with other supervisors to optimize labor and workflow.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in distribution, logistics, or related field and 2+ years of supervisory experience; travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Distribution, Logistics, Business Management, or related field.
2+ years of warehouse supervisor or mid-level leader experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of WMS/TMS systems; proficiency in data analytics.
MHE certification required.
Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Team Development & Training: manage new employee training and mentor department team members.
Operational Excellence & KPI Adherence: establish daily goals, monitor performance, ensure inventory integrity.
Communication & Coordination: coordinate with other supervisors and maintain professional communication with internal and external partners.
Safety & Compliance: enforce OSHA procedures and ensure safe working environment.
Leadership & Accountability: provide feedback, performance improvement, and mentor junior leaders.
