Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead an hourly distribution team in a fast-paced DC setting. You will oversee hiring, development, and performance management while pushing for safe, accurate, and efficient merchandise handling.

Responsibilities include adherence to procedures, coaching, and data-driven focus on productivity, accuracy, and cost reduction. A Bachelor’s degree and MS Office skills are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and relocate if required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree and MS Office proficiency.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Managing processes to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Coaching and developing hourly associates with training and feedback.
• Driving inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost control.
• Planning and coordinating staffing to meet business plans.
• Handling other duties as assigned by the Operations leadership.
