Job summary

Living Spaces seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a distribution center team, drive productivity, control costs, and uphold safety. You will align daily tasks with goals, manage flow, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize operations.

You will coach staff, implement process improvements, and maintain compliance with SOPs and OSHA standards to ensure reliable performance and quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in warehouse supervisor or DC role.
• Equivalency considered for education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance reporting and KPI tracking.
• Set daily/weekly goals and ensure execution.
• Oversee day-to-day activity, planning, flow, and prioritization.
• Drive safety, quality, and delivery goals across shifts.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members.
