Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Washington DC is seeking a Site Operations Lead to act as the primary facilities and workplace experience contact for employees, hosts, clients, visitors, and vendors.

You will deliver white-glove hospitality, oversee on-site events, and coordinate with IT/AV for presentations and hybrid meetings. You will also manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and reporting while driving improvements in hospitality and operations across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilities and workplace experience point of contact in the Washington DC office.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate on-site events and workplace services including mail and onboarding.
• Forecast and report monthly performance and operating budgets.
• Support region offices when needed.
